Functie inhoud
The role of a Project Manager is multifaceted, serving as the integral link that binds all aspects of a project together. You will plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from design to completion. Their responsibilities encompass design, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and project closure, all aimed at ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
Key responsibilities include project planning, design coordination, budget management, contract negotiation, team leadership, risk management, quality assurance, communication, regulatory compliance, project delivery, and post-project evaluation.
Functie eisen
We are looking for a Project Manager with:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role;
- A degree in engineering;
- Experience with design & built projects of +30 mio;
- Fluent in English.
